The best way to reach us is by email at support@gaelicstatstracker.com. When you write in, it helps to include your device and app version, the club or team involved, and a short description of what you were doing so we can look into it faster.

Getting started

• Sign in with your Google or Apple account.
• Join a club you’ve been invited to — this is free. Ask a club owner or coach to send you an invite link.
• Create your own club to run teams, track matches and build stats. Creating and running clubs requires a Club subscription.

Common questions

• How do I record a match? First make sure the two teams that are playing exist — create them if they don’t. Then start a new match from the Matches page, your dashboard or a competition page, and track events live from the sideline (most take just a tap or two). If you only need the final score, use quick result entry instead. The exact steps may vary slightly on mobile.
• Does it work without a signal? On the mobile app, yes — you can keep tracking a match offline and it syncs automatically once you’re back online. The web app needs an internet connection.
• How do I manage my subscription? Subscriptions and billing are managed from your account settings in the web app.
• How do I delete my account? You can permanently delete your account and its data from the delete account page.
