These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Gaelic Stats Tracker (the “Service”), operated by Cian Gibbons, an individual (sole trader) based in Ireland (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You sign in with Google or Apple, and you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity under your Gaelic Stats Tracker account. Tell us promptly at support@gaelicstatstracker.com if you think your account has been used without your permission.

2. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the information you enter — your clubs, teams, players, matches, statistics and other content (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content, including having the right and any necessary consents to enter personal data about other people (such as players, who may be children). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose;
• upload or enter data you have no right to use;
• attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• scrape or copy data other than your own; or
• misuse the Service in a way that harms us, other users or third parties.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app and billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.

Access to a club’s features requires an active subscription held by an owner of that club. If no owner has an active subscription, that club’s data may become read-only or inaccessible until an active subscription is in place. Members you invite to a club do not need their own subscription.

You can cancel at any time, and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law (including your statutory consumer rights), payments are non-refundable. We may change our prices, giving you reasonable notice before a change takes effect.

5. Availability and changes

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or remove features, and we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free. We will try to give notice of significant changes where reasonable.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, branding and name — belongs to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in line with these Terms. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but the sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and governing law) will still apply.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
